In the unlikely event you need to return your Wrap iT – it’s cool!

We will make it as easy as possible!

We’ve gone out of our way to make sure the Wrap iT truly is “The Worlds Greatest Gift Wrap Organizer”. We’ve cut out the BS and we stand up to our claim.

But sometimes things just don’t work out.

If you don’t believe the Wrap iT is everything we claim it is – keep on reading…

We will take it back!

That’s right – we will take it back as long as it’s not ripped, torn, or destroyed by abuse or overstuffing. (This includes but not limited to pvc, handle, hanger, elastic, stitching, fabric, zipper)

Believe it or not – we will read your response!! We strive to do everything we can to make sure the generous folks that support our Wrap iT – fall in LOVE our Wrap iT!!

We’d really like to know – so we can be better.

3 - Make sure you understand the following:

A - If you received a defective item you must notify us within 5 business days
B - We can only authorize returns for 14 days from ship date domestic, 21 international.
C - You must provide Return Authorization (RA) # with product, before you ship.
D - You must ship product within 14 business days of RA issuance
E - We will notify you via email promptly when you return has been processed.
F - Returns that have been abused will not be eligible for reimbursement. (This includes but not limited to pvc, handle, hanger, elastic, stitching, fabric, zipper damaged by but not limited to overstuffing, ripping, tearing, and general abuse)
G - We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such we will refund up to $8.99 for return shipping.
